Return & Exchange Policy

1.Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2.Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
3.All returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition and include all accessories. Incomplete products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4.Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
•If the purchase was made using bank installment services, the refund will be issued after deducting the applicable bank administrative fees.
5.Products that are damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return or exchange.
6.Personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7.The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping fees.
8.Only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Shipping or installation fees are non-refundable.
9.Some products may have specific return and exchange conditions as determined by their manufacturers or authorized agents.
 
Order Modification or Cancellation:
Orders can be modified or canceled within 72 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the return and exchange policy stated above.
